This Agriculture App, An useful application was developed and launched by the state Government of Tamilnadu to support our farmers round the clock. It was launched by Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami at Chennai. This gives information that are all based on real time from their android device itself.
Agriculture is the back bone of our Indian economy.Hence Our Tamilnadu Government has decided to support farmers to encourage their farming activities by providing them with the real time information and to thrash out their problems arising out of seasonal adversities, non availability offprints in time, non- availability of farm machines and natural calamities.
Most important advantage in using this application is the content and all the information are available in both Tamil and English which helps the farmers to understand it clearly and easily. It can be downloaded and installed from the Google play store.
Information on farm subsidies, booking farm equipment, crop insurance, stock availability of seeds, fertilizers etc are included in this app. Besides all these information, farmers need to get a clear view about weather conditions for farming and hence it provides a clear weather forecasting report for the next four days.
First step is farmers have to register themselves with this app for availing the Government scheme benefits depends on the priority basis. There are various categories with detailed information are available in the home page of this application itself.
